Offline mode allows the user to access the workstation even when there is no Internet connection. Only when the computer is online can you unlock and remotely lock and unlock it your remote desktop using Mobile Enabled Desktop Access (MEDA).
How do I check the status of a device?
Open the AuthX mobile app and select “devices” in the top right corner. Device Status is an option that displays the current status of your workstation.
